Production Coordinator

Keep programs on schedule across sampling, materials, and production, with every milestone visible in UNCVRD OS.

UNCVRD runs product creation as infrastructure. The Production Coordinator is the operational spine of that: schedules held, materials landed, factories answered, nothing discovered late.

What the role owns

Program timelines from tech pack release through shipment, tracked milestone by milestone.
Purchase orders, material bookings, and lead-time management with suppliers.
Daily factory follow-up on sampling and bulk status, with issues escalated the same day they appear.
Accurate records in UNCVRD OS so brand-facing visibility is never reconstructed after the fact.

What we look for

Two or more years coordinating apparel, bag, or accessory production.
Working knowledge of Vietnamese supply chains and material lead times.
Written English strong enough to run brand-facing updates without editing.
Follow-through as a default. Open loops get closed.

Nice to have

Vietnamese language fluency.
Experience with low-MOQ programs and multi-brand portfolios.
Familiarity with PLM or ERP systems.
