the system

Product creation, run as one operation.

From brief to restock, one team on the floor in Saigon. Apparel, bags and accessories.

Apparel · Bags · Accessories · Saigon, Vietnam

Most brands run product creation as a chain of vendors: a design agency, a developer, a sourcing agent, a factory that owns the pattern. Each handoff loses information and compounds cost. That fragmentation forces blind forecasting. Commit inventory before you know if anyone wants it. 40% ends up on discount.

UNCVRD runs the full sequence as one operation. One team in Vietnam, working directly with vetted factories on the floor. Test small. Read the data. Scale what sells.

    Brief

You tell us what you want to make, who it's for and when it needs to land.

Assortment, channel, calendar and constraints. After a short intro call, we write a Line Assessment: sourceability, MOQ fit, timeline and the first small test we would run. Your retainer is scoped from your style list.

    02

    Design

Our designers turn the brief into silhouettes, construction and materials.

Line architecture included. Our design leads have past work with Levi's, The North Face and Timbuk2, from prior engagements.

    03

    Development

Patterns, tech packs and BOMs, made by our team in Saigon. You own the files.

Every apparel style is patterned by our team. Where it makes sense, styles are checked in CLO 3D before a sample is cut. Files can live in your Drive. DXFs on request.

    Sourcing

The right materials and factory for each style.

Some styles run on stock fabric from our in-region library, with 1-meter minimums. Others use custom materials sourced through our suppliers in China, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. Each style goes to a vetted factory matched to the work: knit, woven, technical or hardware-heavy. No separate vendor to manage.

    Production

A small first run, managed on the factory floor by our team.

Around 600 units per style and 200 per color for apparel. Bags and engineered knits can differ. Material minimums set the floor. You see the factory's price and our markup on every PO. Nothing is hidden in the unit price.

    QC

Inspected by our QC team, not the factory's.

QC is scoped to the program and adjusted by category and risk. Our QC lead reports to UNCVRD, and every AQL inspection is logged in the OS in real time.

    Ship and restock

Your goods ship, you read the sales, and we restock what sells.

You manage shipping, and we help set it up. Then we scale the winners and drop what doesn't sell before it turns into inventory debt.

    Speed you can plan around.
Risk you can finally take again.

Brief to delivery typically around 6 months on a DTC calendar. Tech pack complete → sample usually about 2 weeks. Patterns and BOMs stay with you. First batches stay small enough to test and fast enough to restock.
