    Will Watters, Founder of UNCVRD

    Will Watters

    Founder

Third generation in technical fabric. His grandfather founded Integrated Products, one of the first companies to extrude polypropylene, nylon, and polyester in the US. His father founded Syntec Industries, using those yarns to build commercial fabrics for the marine and RV industry. Will grew up on the extrusion lines and in the labs.

That foundation led him to found Western Rise, a DTC men's travel clothing brand built on technical fabrics. Twelve years building it brought him here. Now he builds UNCVRD from Saigon.

    Kelly Watters, Founder of UNCVRD

    Kelly Watters

    Founder

Over a decade building premium apparel from raw idea to eight figures, with her own brand's product featured in The New York Times and Forbes. She built and scaled supply chains across the USA, Europe, and Asia, and managed global teams across five continents.

She knows where and why premium brands struggle with their supply chains and quietly bleed margin, because she's lived it personally. At UNCVRD she runs operations and business partnerships, owning everything between the first conversation and finished product.

"We built UNCVRD for the model we wish we'd had when we were running our brand."

Your full team on the ground.

Think of us as your product creation team in Asia. Sourcing through QC, running as one operation in Saigon, not five vendors across three time zones. The team is in factories most days. In sample rooms most weeks. Fit issues caught the same afternoon, not the next sample round.
